Gold Level Coaching Program:
The Gold Level Coaching Program represents the highest level of coaching support available. The athlete and coach work together at the beginning of the season to develop performance goals and an overall training strategy for the season. Using this training strategy, the coach delivers workout updates to the athlete in 5 to 7 day blocks, depending on the needs of the athlete. The workout schedule provides the athlete with the information they need to focus their efforts for each workout, and make sure that they are on track to meet their individual goals.
