Dr. Kristen Livingston, DC

With a prior degree in Human Biology, Kristen began her chiropractic career here in Portland and graduated from the University of Western States in 2012 with a Doctorate of Chiropractic. As a Chiropractic Assistant with training in Active Release Technique (ART) and rehabilitation, her focus has been enhancement of athletic performance as well as improving the body’s ability to perform day-to-day requirements.

Her interest in chiropractic was inspired by lifelong enjoyment of equestrian sports, and both professional and social dance. She developed a passion for balance, motion, energy and health through these activities.

In her spare time she enjoys running and hiking the northwestern trails, riding her horse, participating in a local dance team, and on the rainy days, curling up with a good book, a cup of hot tea, and her cat, Odette.

Leah Shirley, BS, LMT

Leah graduated from the Boulder College of Massage Therapy and has practiced massage since 2006. She earned a degree in Exercise Science from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst where she studied how exercise and human performance affects the anatomical structure and its function. During massage sessions Leah uses the principles of anatomy, deep tissue, myofascial release and trigger point therapy to specifically treat the body with a holistic approach. Leah's work will support your active lifestyle or relieve you from postural dysfunction. In 2003 Leah became certified as a Bikram yoga instructor, and through her practice, she has explored her passion for movement while educating others. Outside of the office, Leah enjoys hiking the gorge with her dog, Maggie. She also enjoys checking out new restaurants and catching music from Portland's local musicians.

Kim Sime, LMT

Kim graduated from East-West College of the Healing Arts in 2006 with a specialty in deep tissue and myofascial release. Kim’s focus is rehabilitation utilizing integrated massage to facilitate balance in the body. Her approach applies elongating techniques that stretch and relax muscle and connective tissue, as well as targeting and melting away trigger points.

Kim has a great passion and enthusiasm for preventative holistic health, healing, and the human potential. She promotes this by emphasizing the importance of living a healthy and balanced lifestyle - staying active, eating a nutritious diet, self-care and maintenance and nurturing the spirit.

Away from the office, Kim is devoted to spending quality time with her family, cooking, crafting and running with her canine companion, Hank.

Daiva Brand, LMT

Daiva began her journey as a spiritual and physical healer in her home country of Lithuania as a practitioner of Reiki and Aromatherapy. She relocated to Los Angeles eight years ago to continue on her education where she graduated from Bryman College of Massage Therapy. For the next six years she gained experience working as a massage therapist in a Chiropractic Clinic treating mainly longshoreman. During this time, Daiva greatly expanded her knowledge and skill applying techniques such as deep tissue, sports massage, trigger point therapy and myofascial release. She enjoys working on a variety of conditions, and is particularly skilled at releasing chronically tight and overworked muscle groups.

In her leisure time Daiva enjoys reading, meditation, practicing Qi Gong, dancing, hiking and travel.

Camille Beers, BA, LMT

Camille has been practicing massage since graduating from the Hawaiian Island school of Massage in 2005. In 2010, she attended the Guild for Structural Integration in Boulder, CO where she became a certified practitioner of Structural Integration. Camille uses a combination of these techniques along side traditional massage methods such as myofascial release, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, and pin and stretch.

Outside of the office Camille enjoys running, hiking, and riding her bike to work.

Jessica Mosnot, Office Manager

Before accepting the Office Manager position at Hosmer Chiropractic Health, Jessica worked as a retail manager for ten years where she specialized in employee development and customer relations. Though Jessica had no previous experience in the medical field, she has been able to make a quick transition based on her professional background. She looks forward to contributing to the growth and success of Hosmer Chiropractic Health and is excited to join our growing team.

Born and raised in Indiana, Jessica has fallen in love with the Pacific Northwest and plans to be here for many years to come. In her spare time she can be found renovating her new home, enjoying time with friends and family, and expressing herself through photography and sewing.

Stephanie Henderson, Receptionist

Stephanie Henderson is part of our office staff and has been working in the health care field for four years. Stephanie’s passion for health has been a motivation for her career and educational goals; she is currently finishing her degree in Health Care Administration. With her various experience and education in the health and medical field she plans on continuing to a Master’s program.

Originally from Central California, Stephanie enjoys all that Portland has to offer. Outside the office she spends her time hiking, reading, and watching live music. Rain or shine, Stephanie loves experiecing all the new and exciting things to do in Portland.
