New HPC Classes



Our class schedule is expanding - we've added a Strength for Endurance class on Tuesday nights at 6pm.  The class is taught by Quinn Keogh, and features a variety of strengthening and conditioning exercises to help you battle the upcoming winter blues and strengthen that core you let get weak during the racing season.  Sign up for class using our online booking calendar.
