Kettlebell Workout



The Kettlebell Workout is a group workout open to those that have already attended the Kettlebell Workshop or Personal Coaching.  This fast paced workout will challenge beginner and elite athlete alike.  The workout is limited to 6 participants to make sure that each person recieves individual attention.

  • $25 drop-in
  • $119 Monthly Unlimited
  • $199 10-class punch card (90 day expiration)

There are many programs out there that promise big results, but few have the individual attention and attention to program design to actually deliver promised results.  When you attend Kettlebell Workouts at HPC, you will not be simply going through the motions and wondering if you are doing the right things to achieve results - you will be given the tools you need to actively engage you in a workout that will change the way you feel after your very first session.

HPC Group Workouts are purposely kept small (6 maximum, sometimes fewer) so you are assured a high degree of personal attention. This is a concept totally different than your typical group exercise class at a local club, which often includes groups of at least 30, sometimes 50 or more! Our concept is simple -- Personal Training at a much lower cost!

Personal Coaching is available if you're looking for one on one attention or training at a time convenient for you. We can also accommodate a group up to 4 friends at a discounted individual rate. Our rate is well in line with the market, and you'll receive personal attention from one of the most experienced & highly certified coaches in the country!
