For each person that you refer that becomes a new patient of Dr. Seth Hosmer, you will receive a complimentary 60-minute massage.  Easy!

Details:

• The program begins November 1st 2009 and is not retroactive for any new patients before that date. 
• We track referrals by asking each new patient how they heard about us.  The new patient must mention your name at that time on their first visit for you to qualify. 
• This program is good for new Chiropractic patients of Dr. Seth Hosmer only.  
• Massage will be provided by HPC massage therapist Laura Green.
